Breakfast: All Bran, soy milk, 1% Cyclops Lunch: Special K, soy milk, 1% Cyclops Snack: Apple Toast with peanut butter and 1/2 banana Dinner: Pasta bake Snack: Toast with peanut butter and 1/2 banana Could have done without the toasts. But I was studying! (lame excuse)

Breakfast: All Bran, vanilla soy milk, 1% Cyclops greek yoghurt Lunch: Special K, soy milk, 1% Cyclops Imperial Label tea Snack: 2 baby carrots Rooibos vanilla tea Dinner: Burrito Exercise: 40 minutes Zumba 20 minutes Tiffany Rothe workouts Starting to get back into tea before it gets too summery…
