An hour before running: I don't wanna run today.
5 minutes before running: I'm pumped! Let's do this!

Looked at the before pictures I took two weeks ago to boost my motivation. Let’s just say I wasn’t not disgusted.
One of my bad habits is neglecting to eat all day due to work, then compensating when I get home. I’m going to try and pack a larger, more nutritious lunch. Not just an apple. Perhaps I could make a salad that wouldn’t spoil in my bag. I should get some rice...
