It’s so important to continually challenge yourself!!!
Your workout should never be easy. If it’s easy, I can almost guarantee your body is not changing! While it’s not necessary for you to be so sore you can’t walk for days.. you also don’t want to feel fresh and clean right after a workout. Try adding sets, or increasing the weight, or changing the order of the exercises if you feel that what you’re doing has become too easy!
You get out what you put in, so put forth your best and reap the benefits!!

Oops, this is me, my fucking BULKY HULK arms doing 10 pound flys. I’m doing 25 lb dumbbell presses now, 75 lb bench presses, 8 pullups at a time, deadlifting 80 lb reps. I hope to keep working with heavier weights. I don’t care if you think I’m pretty, I care about feeling strong, empowered, and not like an object for you to stare at. I’m a human being with goals, thoughts, and beliefs. If you want a picture perfect photo android clone, go buy a magazine.
